Can’t find your phone in the list, or not sure it’s unlocked?

The list is a guide, not a guarantee. If your model is not listed, confirm eSIM support with the device maker and whether it is unlocked with the original network.

How to check whether your phone is unlocked

Try a physical SIM from a different network. If it can make calls, send texts and connect to data, the phone is unlocked. If you cannot try another SIM, ask the network it came from to confirm its lock status.

Want to give it a try instead? If the eSIM cannot work because your phone is locked and no data has been used, we can refund it, even if you installed it. Email support@roamnope.travel.

Need help after purchase?

If the eSIM does not connect after landing:

  1. Turn the new eSIM on and set it as your mobile data line.
  2. Enable data roaming for that eSIM.
  3. Toggle airplane mode, then restart your phone if needed.
