RoamNope is a trading name of Green Sapphire Ltd.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

RoamNope sells digital travel eSIM products and related services. Product details such as destination, validity period, data allowance, and supported networks are shown on the relevant product page.

2. Eligibility to purchase

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring before purchase that:

- your device supports eSIM
- your device is carrier-unlocked
- you select the correct destination and package
- you follow the installation and activation instructions provided
- you use the eSIM lawfully and only for legitimate personal or business travel use

You are also responsible for keeping your QR code and installation details secure. Do not share your eSIM credentials with unauthorised third parties.

4. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, resale activity, pricing error, or misuse of our services.

Prices are shown at checkout. By completing checkout, you authorise us to charge the total shown for your order.

5. Delivery

eSIMs are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout. Delivery is usually made shortly after successful payment, but may occasionally be delayed by payment review, technical issues, or email delivery issues.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check spam or junk folders.

6. Activation and usage

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, an eSIM plan typically starts when it first connects to a supported network at destination.

Coverage, speeds, latency, and service quality may vary by country, location, network partner, handset, congestion, terrain, and other factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service in every location.

7. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.

8. Permitted use

You agree not to:

- use our website or services for unlawful purposes
- interfere with or misuse our website
- attempt to copy, resell, exploit, or redistribute our products except where expressly permitted
- use our products in a fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited manner

9. Product information

We try to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and coverage information are accurate. However, we may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order is submitted where necessary.

10. Support

If you need help, contact us at support@roamnope.travel. We will provide reasonable support for installation and connectivity issues, but you must cooperate with troubleshooting requests.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoamNope is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of travel opportunity, or roaming charges incurred through incorrect setup, device incompatibility, or failure to follow instructions.

Our total liability in relation to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including branding, text, graphics, layout, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version posted on our website will apply to future orders from the effective date shown.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
