RoamNope is a trading name of Green Sapphire Ltd.

We sell digital eSIM products only. We do not ship physical SIM cards or any physical goods.

1. Delivery method

All eSIMs are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

2. Delivery timing

In most cases, your eSIM QR code and installation details are sent within 2-3 minutes after successful payment.

Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to payment review, technical issues, network delays, or email delivery issues.

3. If you have not received your eSIM

If you have not received your eSIM email within a reasonable time after purchase, please:

- check your spam or junk folder
- check that the email address entered at checkout was correct
- contact us at support@roamnope.travel

4. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for:

- entering the correct email address at checkout
- checking your inbox and spam or junk folders
- ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase
- installing the eSIM using stable internet access

5. No physical shipping

Because our products are digital, there are no shipping charges, shipping carriers, or physical delivery times.
